Server Rules
1. No cheating or exploits of any kind will be tolerated and will result in an IP Ban from the Server.
2. No racist or gay bashing speeches. You will receive one warning and a permanent ban for the second offense.
3. No use of ANY MEANS to gain unauthorized access to the server files or anyone's computer connected to the server, to include the host. This will be dealt with harshly and if evidence is found of unauthorized access to another player's system, steps will be taken to prosecute in accordance with cyber crime statutes.
4. No griefing of any kind is permitted. Below are what I interpret as acts of griefing.
a. Building foundations anywhere near someone's base, preventing them from expanding.
b. Killing new players and their dinosaurs more than once in a 24 hour period.
c. Killing mid and veteran level players and their dinosaurs over and over to the point they are unable to rebuild after being raided.
5. Please know that this is a PVP server and there are no holds barred. If you are raided and lose everything, that's life, I will not give you your dinosaurs back. Excessive complaining about being raided or losing dinosaurs in chat will result in a warning from admin. If you refuse to comply with admin requests, you will be banned.
6. Attacking the admin and host tribes is allowed. On the other end of the spectrum, the host and admins are allowed to retaliate.
7. Be advised all admin commands that allow the spawning of dinosaurs and items will be limited to the host and senior administrator only, and command logs may be audited by players per their request. Keep in mind, constant accusations of admin abuse with no evidence will result in a ban.
8. Land and water cave building is not permitted. If you want to hide your base, place it in the jungle and camouflage your walls.
Please note, placing a dinosaur on passive makes it a free target. This is a PVP server, you WILL lose your dinosaurs at some point, passive dinos are considered free game and exp.
